Talk about sticker shock! This oil change cost around $70 more than what I paid at the Grease Monkey in Ft. Collins. They didn’t even give me a quote or anything, but expected me to just happily pay $158 for a simple oil change that took less than 20 min. I’ll be spending the time driving down to Ft. Collins from now on.

Incredible service. Brought my car in for a basic service and they went above and beyond answering my specific questions about other problems I was having. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything else. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars it was the first time I didn’t feel like a car service center was trying to pull something over on me.

$200 for an oil change. Have a 2019 subaru, it tells you when you need an oil change. All the techs have to do is push a few buttons on the steering wheel ( a quick google search tells you how to do it) but refused saying " it takes a special part that costs $500 and we don't have it." Told us to go somewhere else after paying, and pay them to do it. Pathetic that the people working there don't know how to work on a car that's over 5 years old. Will not be returning.

I've been going here for my oil changes for the last 3 years but as of my recent visit on 4/11/24, there must have been a recent change in management or something because it has gone significantly downhill. The employees all seemed new - the guy servicing my car told me himself he was only there for a week - which is fine, gotta start somewhere, but he didn't seem to have anyone overseeing his work which made me nervous. Since he was new, I couldn't get my questions answered and he didn't talk about what he checked (like brakes and stuff) - I had to ask them to see if he even looked. They also didn't put the sticker in my window. It was the fastest oil change I've ever had - which wouldn't be a bad thing if I trusted that they did the work thoroughly.
On the other hand, the woman with tattoos seemed very professional and good at her job - but she was helping another customer, not me.
Probably not going to come here again.

Normally I refer this place to people, but I’m currently disappointed in the service received by my friend recently. She’s not someone that knows too much about cars but always keeps hers in decent shape. She went in on Wednesday to get an oil change and was charged for additional services that she did not approve of. While getting her oil change there were two other people in the building. It appears that one of your employees had asked another customer about additional services for a car and mixed it up with hers and did not feel the need to confirm before going on with the services.

The people were friendly.....but.....they only filled to the low mark on the dipstick with an oil change. This after they were told that the 5.3L requires a bit more than the 8 quarts they entered at the counter. Had to add more oil at home. WORST thing is there are E type 10 ply rated truck tires on the vehicle. Inflated to 68 lbs when I drove in. Got home and they had DEFLATED all tires to 32 lbs. Never said a word to me....just let roughly 35 lbs of air out of my tires....apparently thinking that 32 lbs is what everything is supposed to be. If they don't know the difference between the ratings of tires....what else are they going to screw up? Find another place to have your work done....
