“I can't say enough great things about HiViz. I ordered a set of sights through Amazon for my S&W Shield 2.0 and when I got them, the front sight did not fit. Amazon gave me a refund and told me to keep the sights. I then called HiViz because I thought maybe I ordered the wrong set of sights. I talked with Don P, in customer service, and he assured me I ordered the correct set. He did some investigating and found that the packaging was packaged with the wrong front sight. To make things write, Don sent me the correct front sight, at no cost. Now remember, I said I had originally ordered these from Amazon. That's what makes this story so awesome. HiViz is such a great company, that they wanted to be sure I was taken care of. In the future, when I need to replace other sights, I will only use HiViz, and I will only order them directly from HiViz. They make great sights and have great people working there like Don P.”
