“Awesome oplace very clean and very nice. Almost fancy! The young man was very nice and professional to the couple he checked in before our turn. When it got to our turn he was rude, snippy and didn't tell us where the elevator was, when or where breakfast was, or anything like that. Then in the morning we asked the lady at the counter when breakfast was she said it ends at 10:30. So we took our time and got downstairs around 10. It was closed.! She did offer us something from the snack counter. Overall bad experibut really really nice rooms and setting.”

“Ketar at the front desk was very friendly, very accommodating!! Even letting us check in an hour early. Staff very friendly. Plenty of towels. Pool area very nice. Water could've been a little warmer.”

“It’s been years since I’ve been to this place but to this day, it’s my favorite memory. Everyone helped out with what they could, as we had hit a deer and broke down in the middle of nowhere. The staff and other stayers were all so nice and made us feel so welcomed. I have a picture of me standing by the moose statue and theres other photos of my family using the others. This was my favorite family vacation moment and I am appreciative of everyone who helped us out :))”

“I do not recommend staying here.1-the place is rundown, needs significant upgrades and repairs. The pool is drained and looks disgusting. The whole place smelled like an ash tray. The room had a wall heater from the 70’s, carpet was stained and stiff, the place needed cleaned.2- the beds are not great. Very uncomfortable, hard, etc.3 - the room and exterior doors close very loudly and shake the walls. We were kept up until 2am with banging doors and loud voices.4 - most importantly - we did not feel overly safe in the room. The inside door lock was broke and didn’t work. Also could not lock the deadbolt from the inside. Additionally there was a significant gap around the door that showed light from the hallway into the room. Not secure.”

“Stayed 1 night. Check in was easy, staff friendly. Free breakfast and hot cocoa bar. After looking over the room, floor in main room and bathroom could use a good sweeping and vacuuming. Some minor trash was left. Brought this up to manager on check out and she said she would look into it.Rooms: Double queen room. Lots of outlets, television. Basic room”
