Pretty disappointed w/my last visit. Ordered a turkey sandwich & a roast beef. The roast beef sandwich was fine but the turkey sandwich was a joke. Also, every single table needed to be cleaned (there were no other diners in the place when we arrived). The staff were communicating with one another loudly & we’re speaking negatively about a fellow employee (who wasn’t present). It was inappropriate & I thought they could be doing something more productive (wiping down tables). I haven’t been to this location in quite some time but it was my granddaughter’s choice & she used to love Jimmy John’s but she ordered the turkey sandwich & couldn’t believe the difference in her sandwich compared to other visits. The sandwich had very little meat, tons or Mayo, & 3 slices of tomato. Believe me there was more tomato than meat.

Delivery takes an extremely long time. Took half an hour to get my food… “freaky fast”? It’s important to me to get my food quickly, as advertised, because my lunch break goes quickly.The food has gone downhill as well. The meat tastes old (or maybe it’s being held at too high of a temperature), the bread is stale, and the soda mix is off.I don’t know if it’s a management issue or what, but it’s really disappointing. Advise to try other places for lunch- there’s so many other better spots.

Freaky fast delivery in west Laramie, always exactly what I want and need, but for the love of Pete, please include the names/nicknames/identifiers that are thoughtfully put in the order. Oh man. Where to begin. Straight awesome place. Everything fresh. Fast delivery. Catered to my silly wims about my sandwich. I wanted lots of lettuce. Far more than the usual amount. They were like "ay we got you homie" they gave me the amount I wanted. Thanks Jimmy Johns!

Very disappointed in Jimmy Johns! The last couple times we have ordered on the website we have got a sandwich which is not worth the $12! Here is what we got today! Where is the meat? I guess I have to pay the extra money to get a sandwich that has something inside the bread!

I ordered online at eight months pregnant. They waited a full 25 minutes to call and tell me they ran out of BREAD like how do you even do that. No offers for future or current discounts or coupons for free chips, nothing. I spent $20 including a generous tip they wouldn't return without canceling the whole order. Just that it would be another 30 minutes before they can even get the sandwich made. So disappointed. Never ordering from Laramie Jimmy John's again!
