“Tim and his staff have repeatedly shown us premium service. They have gone out of their way a number of times, above and beyond to get us the care we needed. A few examples- Tim came last minute on a late sunday night to get us set up and taken care of. A few weeks later we ended up going to the hospital in Fort Collins, they would not release us without oxygen tanks. I called every oxygen company in Laramie and NoCo. No one was willing to work with us out without a contract of continued service. Tim and his staff did not even hesitate, they grabbed bottles and delivered them from Laramie to FoCo within 2 hours. As we were working on our release from the hospital, Tim had reconned our snow situation back home and set us up with all of our in-home needs, all before we got home. The amount of snow he went through for us was insane. I can honestly say I would not know where we would be right now without Elite Medical Supply. Service such as Elite's is almost unheard of these days. We were just a couple of strangers and now I would call them our good friends.”
