Real Estate 1 is an amazing company that many would recommend to family and friends. Renters love their apartments, describing them as perfect spaces in great locations. The folks are helpful, nice, and professional, allowing clients to find apartments in a quick and efficient manner. They are prompt about repairs and their maintenance is top notch whenever there are any issues. The company handles matters like security deposits in a timely and professional way. Many definitely recommend contacting them for any housing needs.
Highly unprofessional. Manager leaves for a week at a time and my disability needs aren't able to be met. No regard for tenant laws. I moved in with a broken window and three months later they still have done nothing about it.
