I have been very satisfied with my experience at this facility, as storing my items has been seamless with no issues. However, I recently received a notice that the rental rate for my small storage unit will increase by $20. While I understand periodic adjustments may be necessary, I find this increase substantial for the size of my unit. As a result, I am exploring alternative storage options to better suit my budget. 70.99 to 90.99

We rented from them for about 5 years. From day one, we were always greeted with a smile and a wave. All the staff have always been so kind and helpful. They also have lots of items in the office to help with your moving needs. Thanks for taking good care of us and our belongings!

I have been really grateful for ModStorage's facilities and staff over the past year and a half that I've been renting there. Linda and her team are amazing and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend the shipping container units for the value and for how clean they keep your belongings.

The electronic side of things can get a bit tricky. We have had trouble getting the app to connect to the entry and storage door locks. But, overall, Linda is very friendly and helpful in the whole process.

ModStorage has always been my go to for my storage needs! Linda has been there forever and she is very helpful and knowledgeable. She makes the process easy and is always willing to answer any questions or explain anything on the contract to you. Dollar for dollar they have very competitive rates for what you get and the units are always clean and well maintained. Thank you!

Month to month my ass. The management lady wanted a 3 month minimum. We had a reservation and payment ready but when we drove over an hour we were greeted with the utmost disrespect.
This lady is rude.
This will be my first time experiencing this kind of treatment in Wyoming, we asked questions and got backlash
She wanted to up charge us and say we needed 3 months worth and car insurance on a unit? You mean regular property insurance right??... What are you talking about.( It didn't say you needed this in the quote.
Nothing on your website says this and when we reserved the unit there were no extra fees or nothing.
They also charge you an extra fee a month for opening the gate (keyless access they call it)... On top of the insurance which also isn't stated.
Even your other employee agreed with us, he was surprised just as much as us.
It says month to month on all your signs?? False advertisement much?
Idk why we got this treatment for just basic questions it's your job to be nice and answer them.
Maybe she doesn't like out of staters but we just moved here over 2 months ago and never have I received this much issue with storage units...
She didn't even want to prorate us and the bad thing is she wasn't even in the office had her maintenance guy do the job and she sounded awful on the phone
