While my son was attending Wyotech this storage unit came in very handy. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. My son left his unit open one day, and when the owner came by after he was kind enough to close it up and hide the key.
Perfect storage space for while your kids away at school.

For my first summer at UW, I decided to go home. This place seemed affordable, if a little sketchy. The sketchy nature should have tipped me off for what was to come. About halfway through my summer, I got a letter informing me that I'd been locked out of a unit for late payments that I'd at least already sent the money for--don't mail in cash. After calling four times to clarify why I'd received the letter, the gentleman only picked up when I called using a different number, and he charged me again for the rent in addition to late fees. When it came time to end the lease, I communicated the desire and was instructed to call when I had finished picking up the last of my belongings. I called four times, leaving a voicemail to reach back out when he was available. He did not respond. I only got my deposit for the key back because I called him a week later and left another voicemail indicating that I still wanted to make the exchange. And he never gave me the $10 discount he promised because he didn't have change for the bills that I had on hand at the first signing of the lease. I left this experience feeling as though I'd been taken advantage of in a number of different facets. I truly wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

Wonderful storage facility! Would use again. We needed a unit last minute and it was an easy transition from our old apartment to the unit. The owner is easy to work with. 10/10 recommend for students needing a place to keep their stuff on school breaks.

This was an awful business. Do not even bother working with them. We try to return the key and he purposely ignore the call for a months. Then when returning the key he lied about the sixty dollar deposit and try to scan my daughter for not returning deposit. Therefore only giving us half of deposit that we agree. Do not use this storage unit it's a rip off.

In the summer of 2018 Snowy Range Storage Was hit by a string of robberies. My fiance unit was robbed of thousands of dollars of outdoor equipment and precious family heirlooms that he had just received from his grandfather who had passed.
