My wife and I were assisting our son and daughter-in-law with their move from Polson, Montana, to Laramie, Wyoming. Janice and Joe at Storage Star in Laramie are great people. Janice really took the lead to accommodate our storage needs. She kept us informed on the progress of their new buildings, where we had hoped of renting three units right next to each other. When she learned that the paving for the new buildings would not be completed by our arrival date, she contacted us immediately with other possible options and kept us informed during the entire time until she provided us with the storage units we needed. Janice truly watched over us like a Guardian Angel. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and unbelievably personal. She bubbles over with personality. We would definitely use Storage Star in Laramie, Wyoming, for any future storage needs. Janice, you are the bomb!!

Don't rent here. You thing your things are save but they aren't. This place isn't secure. Anyone can get at your things. They don't take responsibility for the break ins or the property you lost. The cops do nothing. Your property is gone.

Extremely nice people and facility!! They let us sign up and get set up immediately when we were in a bind over the weekend! Would definitely recommend and you can't beat the 24/7 access!

These people gave away my personal information to a delinquent storage unit owner. I am looking in to legal recourse. How they think that it's ok to release personal information to any one who requests it is crazy. I am now worried that some crazy is out here trying to track me down. Bad Business Practices!!!!! Do not trust them with your personal information!!!!!
