“I’ve been a patron at this establishment for about 3 years and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Always friendly staff, remembering what I usually get, and from my own personal experience dealing with rude and nasty people in a professional manner. I write that last part as a witness to an interaction I saw a week ago where a customer was trying to buy a vape with for their underage child and the employee explained to them that it was illegal and they couldn’t sell it to them, the customer couldn’t understand that insulted the employee and left. I asked them “what was that all about” and they said “it happens from time to time can’t make everyone happy”. Handled that interaction very well.”
