I ordered a new iPhone though Verizon corporate and they sent me to this store to pick it up. The phone was paid for and the transition was complete. The email instruction from Verizon said to walk into store with valid ID and the card the phone was paid for with. I did that but the store refused to give me my phone. They said I had to verify my account with the social security number and had to let them handle the transfer. When I told them no and showed them the email I was asked to leave. Then told they were refusing service and I would be bill $50 for a restocking charge. I called Verizon Corporate. They apologized and told me none of that was correct and that the store should have handed me my phone and told me to have a nice day. They said that any Verizon store would never ask for social security numbers and has no policy that a store has to do the transfer. I had recorded the interaction with the store and emailed it to Corporate. They are investigating the store now. They gave me three months of phone service for free for how I was treated by the store and credited the activation for the new phone as well as overnighted my new phone to me. As a long time Verizon customer I apricate how corporate handled this but I will warn other about going to this store.

This is an amazing store. Had a Sim card die on me and they took care of everything for me in a quick and professional manner. Would highly recommend this place for your cellular needs. the gentleman's name that helped me. Thank you Josh for your dedication to your work.

I went in and instead of guessing, she verified information. I had a doctors appointment and left my phone behind and when I got back, everything was ready to go. She hooked me up with all the protective stuff as well.

Kameron was great at the Verizon store! Very easy to talk to and gave excellence explanations of things technical as well as what is probably simple for most people but not for me! Thank you Kameron!This would be a five star review except I don't think I should pay $20 for someone to set up the phone that I just paid $1,000 for at Verizon.... That is nickel and diming to the nth degree! I pay a monthly service fee and I bought a brand new phone from Verizon I shouldn't have to pay $20 to do my setup.

Compared to any Verizon store I've been to in the past this location provided the best service. Upon entering the store Josh greeted us and asked if there's was anything he could help with. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. Through Josh's actions he made the process of looking for a new phone less intimidating. We will definitely be in the future.

Greeting was instant, up off his chair and walking toward me. Asked how he could help. Listened intently. Went to the rear of the store to check on my phone. Was back instantly, answered several of my Questions, helped me pick out a case, recommended a screen saver.Told me the cost if I ever needed to replace the screen saver. Placed the phone in the case deftly, slid the screen saver on, wiped the phone down. Explained 5G to 4G - rural to big city. He was excellent. Michael

Recently got new smart mobile cell phone. Went after researching online what I thought would work right for me, but I'm not a phone expert. Their website was helpful in providing info for my decision making and I spoke online to many reps several times with probably basic, yet maybe strange questions, but their answers were quick and responded to. Later, Specialist Shaylee answered questions and helped set up device and recommended products that worked with the phone; was overall friendly and helpful and efficient. My suggestions for this are that, first, what I saw online differed in price compared to shopping in person, and I paid more than anticipated; some of which seemed reasonable i.e limited stock on hand, got comparable phone model, which was still what I expected and then some; but part was procedural that I didn't fully understand but went along with cuz felt like I was treated fairly though and the differences weren't deal breaking. Second, I wish there was clearer info both on web and shop to see what forms of payment are accepted and when, i.e. checks were not accepted for instant purchase of phone and setup, but then for working longer term account service plan purchase or upkeep, yes it was currently accepted. Understood long term ok, but got surprised when I paid in the moment and had to adjust. The best part was got my phone working sooner than expected and it was what I valued most. Very satisfied with service in shop and online so far. One other caution for web online is, if you are on a tight budget, online reps have tendency to offer pricier products better for short term price rather than long term affordability, but do explain their views. I highly thought what I read online on my own helped find what I was generally looking for. I've planned to use this phone for text, calls, and apps--not heavy media use and think I found great device for now. Will be in touch for updates and concerns. Thanks for the help recently.
