I walked in wandering blindly trying to find stuff to help my oldest with her car sickness. A gentleman working there noticed I was walking around blindly trying to figure stuff out lol and helped me find something called Sea band. LIFE SAVER! I got it and it helped my kiddo out a lot!

Best pharmacy, they always help me out when I need it. I recently ran out of an extremely important medication and they helped contact my provider to make sure I could get it ASAP. Seriously life savers! Thank you so much Walgreens!!

Went to local Walgreens with COVID testing questions. Pharmacy Tech Lauri, was very helpful, even offering other less expensive testing options around town to check out.

VERY small Walgreens, but the pharmacy part seemed normal sized. Inside they had a limited selection of stuff, but we got a small tube of toothpaste and were happy. We walked here from Grand BLVD Urgent Care and they said it would be 5 minutes to fill our two prescriptions. Inside and the drive through were busy but the pharmacist (actual) took his time answering our questions. We'd go back for prescriptions but for toothpaste or other sundries, you may want to find a store with more square footage. This Walgreens is a converted bank building.

I wanted to get a quick flu shot. Took awhile for paperwork once I was there. They appear short on staff. The room they administered my vaccine in looks as those it is never cleaned. Crumbs, dust and dirt on the desk where they were laying the vaccine. Also in a community with very high Covid spread masks are optional and social distancing is not encouraged with seats right next to each other. I'd find another place for vaccines. The drive through pick up might be ok.

The staff at this Walgreen's is always very helpful so why a three star review? Because the CORPORATE IDIOTS who run Walgreens have decided in recent months to send additional bills for things already paid for when we picked them up months and sometimes many months earlier. This is for stuff covered by Medicare and Medicare supplement plans along with having paid copays when we bought the stuff. But Walgreen's systems apparently do not calculate the copays correctly at the time of purchase so we get tiny bills. The first one was for 85 cents and the last two each for less than $5. We paid the first two at the store, but there is only one employee there who knows how to handle these payments. The last bill we paid at the store took two or three visits and considerable time. So another bill just arrived for $4.26 which I will pay by mail, and at my billing rate it will cost me $10 worth of time to pay this stupid unnecessary Mickey Mouse little bill! Pole Mountain Pharmacy in Laramie has never nickel and dimed us like this. After I post this review will find out what OVERPAID IDIOT is the CEO of this MESS of a CORPORATION and send it to him.

Customer service is great! That’s why I’m giving two stars instead of one. The problem I had was I ordered a prescription, and they didn’t have it, instead of letting me know they didn’t have it, they gave me a different one, charged my insurance, and didn’t consult me or my doctor about this switch beforehand. The new prescription did not work for me, I had to go to a different pharmacy and pay out of pocket for their mistake. Very disappointing.
