I went in when the bank first opened at 9am. My daughter and I were the only customers in the branch. I wanted to open a checking account for my daughter and I was told by the teller that I would have to make an appointment and the first appointment time was at 2:30. I sat in the lobby and opened an account online for my daughter and it said that they needed more information so I would have to go in person. I went to the same teller and asked why and she couldn’t explain the problem and said I would still need to see a banker. I live over an hour away and couldn’t wait for 5 hours for an appointment. I made an appointment for Monday but then I decided to call another bank and they said I don’t need an appointment and to just come in. I went to that bank and within 30 minutes my daughter had her own account. I bank with Wells Fargo but I’m seriously considering switching banks after today.

The people are great but in a couple places it fails. They don't open until 9am, the close at 5 so I'm unable to visit them after I get out of work at 5pm. They are also one of the only banks not open for a short shift on Saturdays which is infuriating, when I finally get a chance to get to the bank they aren't there.

Deposited 3000 the day before in cash. I go there the next day to withdraw it And then apparently it just straight up vanished from their system originally they tried giving me excuse saying oh we'll checks take some time to clear And then I showed them my transaction receipt showing that it was cash And then they said oh well it might take a couple days to get the issue fixed apparently all their transactions from the day before were having a "computer glitch" which means I am now out of my house My rent was due today And it was the last day before notice of eviction would be sent just because I put my cash in a bank where I thought it would be safe I am now going to have to find a new place to live because of a "glitch" and a "sorry we're waiting till the issue gets resolved"Not only that but I had my card stolen a couple months back And I had to get a new card . And apparently that breaks however long you've actually been with the bank till that point you get that new card. I tried applying for a loan And they said sorry you haven't been with us long enough Even though I've been a customer since 2003 . But apparently all that time I was with them just a vanished because my card got stolen and I had to get a new card.Do not bank with Wells Fargo. ESPECIALLY this branch.

Great Service teller handling detailed questions about money transfers very well, and ATM machine worked fine for both deposits and withdrawals numerous times.... So old problems fixed...

I had friends and family put money in my account and they didn't let me know there was a hold that is a fraudulent hold and took $111 dollars from my account that I need for food for my house and family and shoes for I have absolutely NO shoes to wear basically screwed me over now can't feed my family or pets and still barefooted

Questions every deposit. Holds your money to open a new account for weeks (contrary to written statement). Doesn't answer their phone to make an appointment. You have to go in person to make an appointment. Only WF in town. Miserable experience every time, but it's the only national bank in the area.

Wells Fargo has some shady business practices as a whole but the peeps at this branch have always been awesome to me.Please don't jump me outside of my bank. I'm just trying to make rent, brother.

Dear friends please stay away from Wells Fargo bank specialty with Zelle transfer!!! Wells Fargo bank doesn’t have a power to solve any issues regarding to Zelle transfer, remember never ever. You will lose your Money forever!!! Only one bank will take care of you it’s Chase !!!

I don’t know what it is about this Wells Fargo but they just can’t seem to get it together. ATM is either not working at all or just not accepting deposits, which wouldn’t be an issue if they didn’t always have a line out the door. With only one Wells Fargo ATM in town it makes things pretty annoying. Never had an issue with Wells Fargo other than at this location. If you are looking for a bank in Laramie just avoid this Wells Fargo at all costs!
