“Wow, what great customer service, even if you’re not a customer. It was a Saturday and our out of state family suffered a catastrophic tire wound that was threatening to derail our trip. Most auto shops we called were closed so I decided to call Carquest knowing they were a parts shop but hoping they’d have connections. Knowing I wasn’t going to buy from them, Rachelle (spelling?) took my name and number and called around on my behalf. She called me back in 15 minutes and directed me to a place in Powell that could help us out. If this is how they help non-customers I can only imagine how great it is to do business with these folks. Thank you!”
