.Horrible place to buy a boat! To start, they completely messed up the paperwork, and I was running around, trying to get the paperwork straightened out on my boat and the trailer. From VIN number verification, to wrong title work. What a headache! I purchased my Centurian in February 2019, when I couldn’t test drive the boat. They said that I would have a warranty with the boat and that they would fix ANYTHING wrong with it until the end of June. Now that I’m having issues with the boat, Midway doesn’t want to stand by their word.!

My husband, Raymond, bought a boat here earlier this year.He bought some additional equipment and had Mike, the mechanic, attached the equipment. Mike was very, very helpful. My husband would definitely buy another boat from them.

I made an offer for one of Ken Grant’s boats and his reply was about as unprofessional as it gets.After offering $28k for a boat which had been listed since February for $34k (knowing I could go much higher), here was his reply: (copy and paste)“$28k?!?!? Did your really just offer $28k for this boat?!?!?Baahahahahahaha!!!!I actually already sold it for full price.Nobody is giving boats away this year.Best of luck low balling everyone.”I’ve been in sales my whole career and currently manage the western US for a global medical device company. One thing I know: an offer leads to a prospect and a prospect leads to a sale. Clearly not Midways philosophy.I’ll be buying a boat very soon, but it won’t be from Ken Grant.I wish him and his company’s 3 star rating the very best.

Just picked up our boat from Midway Marine. Ken and Bruce went out of their way to make our buying experience painless and easy. Promises were honored and the boat was launch ready when we picked it up. I would definitely buy another boat form Midway.

Carson at midway is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We drove all the way from colorado to buy a boat from midway. It was a little scary buying online but carson answered all of our questions and made us feel better. Highly recommend midway can't beat the price and quality

Absolutely horrible service. Once they received my money they turned their back on me. Boat was not properly serviced oil leaks on the ground. The instrument cluster didn't work. I called and called begging for some support. Service manager was ignorant to me. I spent $60,000.00. Even the owner ignored my crys for help. The salesman Carson is a scam artist .Worst experience ever in a major purchase. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all cost. Boat is still not fixed or running. Bought it brand new !

Absolutely horrid experience. BUYER BEWARE !! I purchased a brand new Trifecta Boat. When the boat arrived it was missing the cup holders and the USB dash cover was gone as well. Also NO PAPAERWORK. I couldn't even register the boat or get the insurance coverage. I called and called no response. I finally called the front office got a manager. He explained to me why they where to busy to deal with me. Then after the boat sat in my driveway I noticed a big oil leak. So I took it to a local dealer who was floored they allowed a boat to go out with such big oil leak. Once again I called the manager. He and the service manager proceeded to tell yell at me how it was nothing and how they have so many boats and that my concerns were insignificant. Now I am stuck with a $60,000.00 boat and huge legal issue. I strongly suggest save yourself the misery and avoid these people at all cost !!!

Bought an amazing boat from Midway. Thoroughly impressed by Tammi and Ken and their ability and willingness to follow through and help people. We do not have a used boat dealer near me like this one. I drove 8 hours to pick up a boat from these guys because they were able to find the boat I couldn't find.
