These guys saved my bacon yesterday. A bearing on my boat trailer gave out while passing through town on my way back to Denver from MN. I always carry spare parts and this would typically be a quick 20-30 minute fix for me but the blown bearing was nearly fused to the spindle and we needed a means to cut it off to get the new ones on (we spent a couple hours trying to beat it with hammer and pry bar and it wouldn’t budge). They came with the power tools we needed and assisted with getting my new bearings in and we made it back home safely (at a very reasonable price)

My truck broke down on the side of I25. I went through my State Farm App and Mike from Jordan Automotive was dispatched. He showed up before the estimated time of arrival. He was quick to load the vehicle and was very friendly. I appreciate how much Mike and his boss did for me to feel comfortable with the tow.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Mike was awesome, he recommended a wonderful Chevrolet dealership to fix our suburban and hauled all five of us 2 guinea pigs and three Dachshunds the suburban and camper from Lusk Wyoming to Wheatland Wyoming and made sure we were well taken care of before he left us

27 miles North of Lusk on a Sunday afternoon we blew a tire. AAA sent these kind folks out to help us. He helped get our spare on to get us rolling. Here is the kicker. As we limped back to Lusk, he took the time to follow us to make sure we made it safely! You can’t teach that kind of customer service. Just good people.

They are totally rip off. They charged us $15,000 to just pull out our semi truck and trailer from the ditch. It's better to call someone from Montana. Don't call these crooks...

Got problem buried in snow. They said it will be $300 per hour, however the owner Jordan decided to lie and trying to charge over $4500 for 3 hour job next to Lusk, WY. If you call him, record your talk on phone and make video everything. They will try to crook. Real felony. Avoid it all costs!!!

I was driving from NH to UT and had a head gasket blow on a Saturday afternoon. Called AAA and they sent Mike from Jordan's to pick me up. He drove me over 200 miles to a shop in CO, who specializes in my uncommon vehicle. Mike was super professional. He took his time in the bitter cold to tie my vehicle down properly, which impressed me. We didn't make it far when the heat went out in the truck so he dropped me at a gas station with his son-in-law and a heat lamp to run back to the shop and fix it. He was very personable and I felt comfortable with him. When we got to the shop he put me near an outlet so I could plug my electric heater in, saving my fuel for my heater and my battery (because I couldn't run the engine to charge). I am incredibly grateful for his attention to detail and willingness to stay up all night to get me to a safe location. Super awesome AAA shop and I will sing your praises everywhere I can. Thank you very much.

We were buried in mud to the axles miles from nowhere and the good folks at Jordan came to our rescue. Great service at a good price and no damage done except to my pride.
