STOP AND EAT HERE! I had no idea such quality food, and service was going to be found just around the corner from filling up at the gas station. I'll be back if I come through here again!

We have been on the road for almost a week and happened to be driving through and thought we would give this place a try. It was the best food we have had since we left! Food was great and the salsa was so fresh and delicious. Definitely worth the stop.
Rough n Refined is a restaurant and coffee shop in Lusk, Wyoming. We serve great mexican food, and a variety of breakfast items, sandwiches and salads and coffee. We also have a bar menu with beers, cocktails, and wine. Come on in and enjoy our Wyoming coffee shop and restaurant.
