Lyman KOA Journey

Hours: Lyman KOA Journey is a quiet, grassy campground offering an inviting spot for travelers. It provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere with warm days, cool nights, and a view of the soaring Uinta Mountains. The campground is an excellent overnight stop, perfect for through-travelers, and is close but not too close to the highway, making it a great location. The campground features nice camp spots with a picnic table and fire pit, along with RV sites, tent sites, and several cute cabins. It has considerably more grass and trees than a typical off-the-highway KOA. Amenities include a playground, a nice camp store, a pool, a pavilion, a dog run, and an extremely clean laundry facility. The bathrooms and showers are older but immaculate, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff is consistently described as great, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often providing a golf cart escort to sites. The free WiFi is pretty good and satisfactory, though not super fast, with good cellular service also reported. The campground is wonderfully quiet, providing a safe and peaceful place to sleep. It is a short drive from the Fort Bridger State Historic Site. Guests recommend this campground and would definitely return.
