Stopped at Rees Auto because my truck suddenly wouldn’t back up after a few days bouncing around in the mountains. Mr. Rees diagnosed the issue in about five minutes and had it fixed just as fast turned out I had lost a bolt in my caliper. He was quick, professional, and just an all-around great guy.
I highly recommend Rees Auto. Honest service and exceptional expertise!

We were in the midst of a trip following the Oregon Trail in our modern “prairie schooner and team of oxen” in the form of a pickup truck with a popup camper. All went smoothly until we ventured off the highway onto a dirt road to go and view some wagon ruts in western Wyoming. Soon after returning to the highway the truck’s tire pressure display appeared on the dash revealing that we had a tire slowly going flat. Stopping to refill the tire with air a couple of times we managed to limp into our overnight campground destination just outside of Lyman. Next morning we awoke to find the tire completely flat. I did a search and noted that Rees Auto Service was but 2 miles away and would open soon. It was reassuring that it scored quite well with customer reviews but the clincher was that my wife’s maiden name is Rees. I made the call and soon enough Doug Rees the owner appeared at the campground with a truck equipped with a compressor. Shortly thereafter we arrived at his shop and promptly got out of the way so he could do his thing. A half hour later he was done and after settling up the meager bill for his exceptional service, we were on our way. Thank you Doug!

These folks were wonderful! Our van (with 5 kids and 2 adults in it) broke down in Lyman, Wyoming in the middle of a three-week road trip from Alabama. While we were waiting for our tow truck 3 miles outside of Lyman, three different people randomly stopped to check on us. Every one of them asked who we were taking the van to, and every one of them had great things to say about Rees Auto Service. And they were right! The customer service was way beyond average! They gave us snacks, bumped us to the front of the line, gave us a ride to a campground (where we had spent the previous night), and even scheduled a driver to take me 90 miles to Utah to rent a van. We continued on our trip for a week in Yellowstone, and then returned to a perfectly repaired van which we then drove back to Alabama. It runs better than ever. Thanks, Rees Auto Service!

Rees Auto Service saved our vacation! Thank you all for fixing our poor Odyssey van and getting us back home to Alabama without missing a single national park. Our diesel broke down while driving through Wyoming. Had it towed to Rees auto and they were able to work us in and get it up and running the next afternoon.
Had another issue the following day and even though they were closed, the owner came out to have a look and help it get us back on the road ! Above and beyond great service!! Thank you!

We were on a cross country trip from oregon to Indiana when our battery light came on and our car died. We got stranded in the middle of nowhere Wyoming and luckily we were just 2 miles from this shop. We showed up to Rees Auto at 8am monday morning without an appointment or phone call prior to us coming in. They got us in right away and even went out of their way to get us the part we needed. We were back on the road within 2 hours. They were all super nice. They let us bring our dog in the waiting area with us and relax while they worked on our car. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and gave our dog some water and let my kids play with the model cars they had on display. If I was local this would be the only shop I would go to. They are trust worthy as they dont go looking for other problems to try and rack up your bill. We made it safely to indiana thanks to them.

They have some weird cazll blocking on their phone where you follow the instructions and it hangs up on you so if they want business they're not going to get business

Got a low tire warning and drove quickly here. They were so nice - patched the tire and sent me on my way. Helped my dog and I feel right at home too. Great people
