I went to USPS, Lyman, to get a prepaid mailing label from a scanned QR code. The guy at the desk said he'd never heard of QR codes. To me, that's like not knowing what a postage stamp is.

I really get tired of the wanna be big city attitude environment. They send your things back, without even notice. If you have packages with your street address it doesn’t go to your box, it gets sent back. Even though you need “proof of your residential address” to even get a stupid box.

Both Michelle and Richard are professional and friendly and make coming to the post office enjoyable. They get the mail out quickly and do a great job at the counter when folks come in for stamps, etc. In some cases these are the first people that interact with new residents. It was for me. Michelle went the extra mile to help and make us feel welcome. Thank you. You guys rock. 5-stars.

I want to thank the gals at the Lyman post office for the excellent care and concern for my order of 15 baby chicks. They called me promptly and cared for them until I got there. Thank you!

Very unprofessional and lazy. This is not a large city, but a very small town. The postmaster refuses to put mail in a PO Box if it has a street address. He has admitted to me that he will discipline his employees if they put mail in a box that is addressed to a street address rather than a PO Box. When he was told that some companies will only allow a street address, he says to not do business with those companies. People have had medications sent back and I personally have had insurance papers sent back, investment information sent back, and papers from the US Census Bureau that were sent to my physical address (because that is their procedure) sent back. I have now had a phone call from the US Census Bureau threatening to prosecute because the papers were not returned.
