Place is up for sale, does not have an rv dump available. Go down the road to the Manila Senior Center across from the grocery store on the corner of 1st and Hwy 43. No potable water but can flush. Donations.

The power was out and I just needed one item (medicine) for one in my group- the doors were open and they were accommodating and helpful and willing to take cash or Venmo. They easily could have just locked the door. I’m sure the profit they made wasn’t worth the hassle. Great customer service. Thank you

There's just not much of a selection in Manila, Utah/Wyoming. This little Sinclair gas station slash restaurant slash bar is right near the entrance to Flaming Gorge. The little store has an assortment of fishing gear and souvenirs and drinks and chips and whatnot. The restaurant (check hours because they vary) is pretty decent for the area (not much to choose from) but wow they're expensive for what you get! Everything is about 19 bucks a plate, even macaroni and cheese. The food isn't bad, but nothing to write home about. If you're hungry this is a go-to place, but don't expect a 5-star experience. The customer service is really good - wait staff are friendly and helpful. There are two other restaurants in the area that are also par... but that's about it. Make sure you check the hours of any business in Manila because many of them are family-owned and seasonal.

Sat down and ordered drinks (after having to wait for a bit even though the place was empty). After paying, we started looking around the place and, well, noticed that the decor is pretty overtly racist (see pictures) with a noose and sign that literally says "no hablo fucktardo". Definitely won't be coming back here. If you're a POC, beware.

Most delicious quesadillas I’ve ever had!!! I definitely prefer the chicken quesadilla over the steak. This place gets their food out with little wait time, and wonderful service.

I love this spot! They have souvenirs and really cute clothing, alcohol, food, a bar and restaurant. It's 15 mins away from flaming gorge campsite. They have the nicest staff!

Great place to fill up. Plenty of space for the rigs pulling trailers. Good variety of snacks of you need them.

Choose wisely when picking your appetizer as it will be served as your dessert. Plan ahead as you will order lunch and likely barely get your food by dinner. Also please walk next door to get your own beers and also remember you server will have no idea what is on the menu or when you get a salad or sides. Oh and I hope you like ranch because that's all they will bring you without asking. Might as well walk to the lake, catch a fish, cook it over a fire because you will beat your friends that ate here.
