I was gifted a ham from a friend that was processed at your facility. All I can say is that had to be one of, if not the best, hams I have ever eaten in my life--and I'm almost 60 years old. All of us at the table last night was complimenting how good it was. Whatever magic you are doing with your hams KEEP IT UP!!!
