The technician was frendly and polite but I have my doubts that my tank will be replaced like I have been told since February. Will the present tank leak and explode? Does AmeriGas care? I don't think so. I can't even contact my local office anymore.

Same as posted before. No complaints with local except we are able to get ahold of them. Placed an order for propane with enough time to get delivery before we ran out. Called to verify delivery was told delivery was rejected. We were never notified or had anything on our end showing the rejection. After a 1.5 hour call with there call center they said nothing they could do without the $300 emergency delivery fee being charged. All this after they admitted the error came from their side.

Worst company ever
I’m almost out of propane. There is a local Amerigas office but they are impossible to reach. Amerigas charged me $300 emergency delivery fee and never delivered anything. Nothing. Single digit temperatures and I can’t get propane. Unacceptable

The lady on my recent phone call promised an invoice detailed to look at in 24 hours and eradication of an old bogus 6 year old charge and on time delivery. I was very skeptical but gave in and she was right on, thank you for the help.

They closed the one walk-in tank refill in Casper area they only service the big store outlet's who then raise the price again to cover their expenses fyn-j and tractor supply. Thanks for your response !!! It was great to fill on throw back Thursday! There also was nothing posted on the door for those of us that go to work , and off work before and after you open ! The personal there was fantastic ! Great people , but a little disrespectful , and uncourteous with the closing ,

No complaints really about the LOCAL people working there BUT trying to get a hold of anyone at this specific location to try and check if the dock is even open before driving in to town is IMPOSSIBLE! The phone number gets answered by customer service agents only (the person I spoke to was on the east coast) and all that is said is that since the pandemic there is nobody manning the \\\"stores\\\" and that they are \\\"closed\\\". The only number tied to that location according to customer service is the same one I had already called. Why can we not talk to someone LOCALLY?!?! If you're not there to answer phones then set up a recording so people know.

only one star bc it wont let me leave 0 stars!!!! the dock has never been open when i go there to fill my tanks!!! Never today just says sorry dock closed today go somewhere else!!!

Way overpriced! I couldn’t even get a price quote over the phone. I had to go fill out a form online. Very inconvenient. The lady on the phone was nice though.
