“Will and his crew are incredible! Chad and Will are who mainly helped me in getting some pretty extensive work done to my pickup. The whole crew is very knowledgeable and very experienced in what they do. Having them explain in detail the various issues found was relieving to know that I had people working on my vehicle who knew exactly what they’re doing. They are so kind and friendly and when I had to pop in for an unexpected repair, they didn’t turn me away and made the time to determine the issue and fix it and get me on my way to having a safe means of transportation. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this awesome group of guys! Thank you again so very much for all your help! I’d recommend them to anyone!”

Got us in and out - did not charge and gave us some great tips to use on our trip. Would highly recommend to anyone!!! Don't know if you cam tell but no chip amd clean windshield!”

“We had my windshield replaced here. I noticed a problem with the seal. I pointed it out and they promptly ordered another one with no problems and replaced it. We have used Deckers for all our auto glass needs including custom fit sun shades for a long time and will continue to do so. Even if there is a problem they are great at making sure they fix it. You will never leave them unhappy. Excellent customer service, easy to work with and great products.”
“Decker auto glass has always treated me and my family great. We miss the CY store, but the downtown location is still an amazing place that always takes care of us.
I will say, avoid Eastside Decker at all costs. I don’t know why they seem to always disappoint, but they do.
This Five star rating goes to the downtown location. Installation is always quick, the service guys are great and always know what they’re doing. And the two ladies that work up front are simply amazing. Their auto shades for the front windshield are awesome. Keep up the good work.”

“They were fast reasonable accommodating and great at their job. They even vacuumed up the glass from my windshield being broke and used mats to preserve the floor. I have always been a loyal customer to an out of town shop, but I definitely will be using novus to do any more glass replacement while in the Casper area.”
