Heart Six Ranch offers a wonderful location with amazing views of a valley. Guests can enjoy horseback riding with fantastic crews and well-behaved horses. The ranch features a real nice property with pine furniture in cabins and seating areas. Visitors can experience a working dude ranch offering horseback riding and dog sledding. While the ranch is a long way from town, making it very quiet, guests should be aware of the rustic nature of the accommodations. Cabins offer privacy but can have noise from upstairs guests. There are no TVs, and some rooms may lack refrigerators. The ranch does its best with the circumstances, providing a pleasant surprise for many visitors, with nice wranglers who try to accommodate everyone. The temperatures in July are great, and the scenery is beautiful.
The wife and I didn't stay here but we did the horseback ride and we really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for first time riders.

Great ace to do a lot of excited and unique experience. We slept in a covered wagon.

We did not stay in the rooms, we went for the trail ride with dinner. Our guide was awesome as we have several that had never ridden a horse and she was very encouraging. The views are stunning. Dinner is not cooked out any longer, it is cooked back at the lodge.
