Book and look artists. Stay away because they will cancel on you for a cheaper truck in a heart beat. Jason is a an arrogant j*** about the whole thing too.

I book a load 1 hour ago.. they said it is a good load but they never send the confirmation. I did call 5 more times and the answer was give us 2 more minutes. i this 1 hour they re post the load 3 more times looking for cheaper truck, so watch out when you book loads with Set. I will not use them on any other loads.. its just losing time

They lie just like everyone else says they do. They tell you to fill out a packet. Then they tell you they will send the rate confirmation and when you call them to ask where the rate confirmation is they tell you it is no longer good to go even though they send you an email 20 min earlier saying that you ARE good to go. Took a load from Jeff Chauvin on 9-4-18.
He sent the new carrier packet to fill out. Filled it out, sent it back.
Called about an hour and half later asking about the rate con. He said they had gave the load to someone else.
His reason was we didn't fill out the tire repair authorization, that is for pulling chassis' out of ports, WE DON'T DO THAT. And he couldnt get ahold of the insurance agent @ 6:40 am for an insurance vert, I sent him one with the packet. Do business with them at your own risk!
