This used to be a wonderful company until the new owners bought it. They have raised the unit rent prices twice without notice either time. With the price of everything else rising it’s hard enough for people to pay their bills and just live, but guess these guys feel the need to jump on that band wagon. Can’t ever get them to answer the phone either. Seems like they are just money hungry people to me. Before these owners took over, I would have given 5 stars and recommended Gators to everyone one. Has lost that small town down home feel! Might as well go to Cheyenne to rent storage now!They also lock your unit out when the rent is paid in full and still don’t answer phone calls! Would give 0 stars if possible!
