Pine Bluffs Distilling is described as the jewel of SE Wyoming. The whiskey gets better every year and the bar and gift shop are awesome. The atmosphere is fun with an amazing set up. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, with service that is excellent. The drinks are crazy reasonable and excellent, including phenomenal bourbon, delicious barrel-aged gin, and yummy cocktails like an old fashioned and a lemon smash. The facility is great and worth the drive to visit. It is a must drop-by for a drink. Guests enjoy buying bottles, merchandise, and even maple syrup. It is a very pleasant place that allows dogs on the patio and offers easy access off I-80, making it a great stop for travelers.

I haven’t been to the distillery YET, but I have had their whiskey. The Founders Choice bourbon is absolutely phenomenal.

We had a very pleasant time while here. We were turned on to the ryed bourbon at the bunkhouse in Cheyenne. The cocktails are excellent, as well as the lemon smash. Bonus points for allowing my dog to hang out with us as well on the patio.
