Used to love this place. Unfortunately the customer service has dropped. Couldn't get a simple 'hello' or acknowledgement of my existence on my visit today. Then stood at the counter for a few minutes trying to check out, but I forgot to turn off my cloak of invisibility. Couldn't wait any longer and left the store. Hopefully this is a one-time issue.
