“Let’s start with a review of the storage facility itself. It’s location insures that your stuff is incredibly safe. To get to the storage units, You have to drive down their private driveway past the main houses & they gets notifications anytime someone is coming down the private drive. So there are multiple families eyes keeping an eye on who enters and exits their property. That alone makes them superior to all other facilities in my opinion.

Customer service wise - Seaton is amazing. They use a system which makes everything easy. You can sign contracts online, reserve it online, and auto pay everything. Very, very easy which is good if you utilized their services during a rough transition like moving. The easier things are the better.

I have a chronic auto immune disability, and flu season is always really rough for me with 3 kids on my own. I get every virus nonstop. An added layer of stress comes from My debit cards needing to be replaced due to fraud alerts approximately every other month since I acquired my storage unit here.

Seaton reached out to me to update the card when I forgot to reach out to him cooped up in bed with influenza A, Covid, RSV, etc. As a single mom, his kindness and patience during this rough time of the year make me want to keep paying him.

I also thought about moving my stuff out last fall to save a little bit of money, and Seaton was so kind and supportive about that whole process that I just decided to stay…

Storage is a necessity a lot of us HAVE to pay for either way, but when you know you’re paying good people who go above and beyond it makes it worth your while. It also makes rough transitions like moving or downsizing that much easier. Highly recommend.”
