“Man It was despite times my diesel truck wouldn't start my trailer was in a RV park in rawlins I called mountain west
The boss man said they were diesel specialists they bent over backwards to help us
just ordering parts can take
3 to 5 days and this job was a huge pain it was one thing after another and very hard to diagnose I was a mechanic for many years these guys know there stuff
my son brought our car 300mi.
So we had a way home but we would have to leave the trailer
In the RV park @ $80.00 a day
Well I called mountain west to see if they had a way to tow my trailer and maybe a place to store it he said they did
What a great guy
so now not pressed for time
They had time to take care of other emergency brake downs
They got buried but had time too get all the parts and replacements (warranted) and installed it runs great not sure if many shops would have found the problem That started it all
And no shops will tow and store your trailer what a good man and great shop

“I would recomend Taylor from my own experience. In March 25 was towing my camper and my truck overheated. I made it to rawlins after adding water . Taylor fixed my truck quickly and honestly and for a fair price. I needed a new radiator . The radiator was original and was over 15 yr old . I can't remember who helped me but I sure would recomend them .”

It was suggested we towing it to Reliable Truck Repair, they looked at my vehicle and it needed a special part so they made sure the repair happened. Their staff is amazing, friendly, very helpful and a delight to work with. If I lived in Rawlins that's the only place that i would take my vehicle. They really treated me like I was there next door neighbor.”

My daughter and I got stranded on the highway at 9 pm. I called MapsTowing, they said that they were going to be in 1 hour and they got there in 1 hour. Towed the car to the repair shop and us to the hotel. I’m super grateful for them!!!

“My daughter was on a road trip by herself and started having brake problems so she pulled into Kilburn Point Tires. Although they couldn't get her in until first thing in the morning on the next day, they were so helpful in recommending the best and closest hotel only a mile away from their shop. They also gave her a ride to her hotel. In addition, they started right on time replacing her brakes and picked her up at the hotel when her car was ready. A special thank you to Katie for her kindness. The price for the repair was great too! I highly recommend this shop!”
