“Man It was despite times my diesel truck wouldn't start my trailer was in a RV park in rawlins I called mountain west
The boss man said they were diesel specialists they bent over backwards to help us
just ordering parts can take
3 to 5 days and this job was a huge pain it was one thing after another and very hard to diagnose I was a mechanic for many years these guys know there stuff
my son brought our car 300mi.
So we had a way home but we would have to leave the trailer
In the RV park @ $80.00 a day
Well I called mountain west to see if they had a way to tow my trailer and maybe a place to store it he said they did
What a great guy
so now not pressed for time
They had time to take care of other emergency brake downs
They got buried but had time too get all the parts and replacements (warranted) and installed it runs great not sure if many shops would have found the problem That started it all
And no shops will tow and store your trailer what a good man and great shop

“Excellent service. Got to us within minutes of calling and towed both our truck, which failed to start after refilling at the pump, and our 33 ft 5th wheel that we were towing. They took our truck to the shop and our RV to a campground where we could stay until the truck was repaired. Super nice drivers and extremely good at what they do.”

“Anyone traveling through Rawlins, Wy and in need of tire or truck service I need to shout out Boss Truck Shop. My husband and I had 2 blow outs within 30 miles of each other. Called road side and no one could come tow a 36ft toy hauler. (( yes, we were trailering, have ridden 3 times already but staying on our property this time for a month and need a place to live)). We limped the trailer 19 miles on a bad rim and Boss Truck Shop took it from there. Found us tires and rims. told us there was a large parking lot at Flying J next to them where we stayed the night and they got us on our way. Amazing. Professional and kind people.
