“The room was pretty nice. We got a suite.

However, the shower was horrible because you couldn't get the handle to move over to hot. My husband took a cold shower. Needless to say i didn't take a shower.
Plus the heater made some squealing sound everytime it came on. But by the time we realized this it was to late to change our room. We just wanted a good night's sleep, which didn't happen.”

“I was driving cross country when my work truck broke down and I was stranded. Decided to stay at this hotel and was glad I did. Everyone was very kind and understanding.
I checked out twice not wanting to book another full night if my truck was done. Both times they allowed me to work in the lobby of the hotel for hours on my laptop without kicking me out onto the street. One time I had to check back in when I was updated that my truck repair wasn't completed. Thursday morning I found out parts for the repair weren't coming until next week. I booked a Greyhound bus ride home (only option out of Rawlins) and will have to bus back when repairs are completed. Shantell (AGM) and Kelly worked it out so one of them could give me a ride to the bus station. Greatly appreciated!
This location has very helpful staff and great hot breakfast options. Having no where to go I used the fitness center which was a plus and well maintained. The snow storm that blew through was beautiful from my 3rd floor window. Glad I wasn't driving in it at the time. Next time through this will be where I stay.”

“Super friendly staff, they helped us out when we accidentally booked the wrong date online. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious. Lots of amenities and it was a great price.”

“The only downside to the room is the bathroom is a little small and the pillows are a little hard but other then that a great place to stay. The concierge was incredibly nice. The breakfast in the morning was so nice and filled with so much delicious food. Thank you first choice it was a pleasure staying here”
