I had a blow out on I80. Limped into Rawlins. Scotty didn't have the tire I needed and found a suitable replacement in Casper. He lent me his truck for the 100 mile trip and back and got me back on the road. Otherwise I would have been there a couple of days waiting for the exact replacement. Good man, Scotty.

Incredible guy! We were stuck in Rawlins from out of town because we were having car trouble on the way to our vacation destination. After getting scammed by another guy, who basically told me he'd give me $50 to scrap my newish car. Mr. Ross on the other hand took under an hour of his busy schedule to look over my motor, told me that the car is fine to drive back to Casper so long as we took it easy. Incredibly friendly, the receptionist was also phenomenal and a pleasure to work with.If im stuck here again with car trouble I'll be sure to stick with Mr. Ross. Great service!

He was friendly, intelligent and represented himself well. Im glad we got a second opinion from him!Another guy told us we'd have to replace the entire motor, that rods were bent and valves were broken but it all seemed so suspicious since the car wasn't showing signs of any of that. Ross, on the other hand, took 30 minutes to find what was going on, didn't charge us a dime for any of his time. It was a broken bit of plastic in the valve. The other place charged me 140 dollars for not even an hour of their time! Next time I find myself stuck in Rawlins with car troubles, Ross is the first place I'll go. Definitely worth the three day wait .

I was towed to Ross's when I got a flat tire on I-80 during a road trip. They let me know that they did not have the tire I needed in stock, but they had called the tire store in town and found that they did have the right tires. They communicated with the tire store and helped me get there-- this was incredibly helpful as it meant I did not have to spend an extra day in town and could get to my destination sooner. This auto store and its employees were incredibly helpful! Thank you Ross's!!
