“This family owned and operated business is 10 stars! Driving through late afternoon when I had a trailer tire blow out east of town. Got the spare installed, but really needed to have the assurance that I would have another option in the event that I lost another tire. Although they couldn't immediately source a new wheel, they went above and beyond in trying to make that a reality. Looking at other local stores for the right setup, etc. It wasn't about them making a sale, it was about providing service to a customer even if it were sending me elsewhere and them not making a penny. In the end, they filled my need by repairing the damaged wheel enough for a new tire to be mounted, knowing that I was accepting the risk of the wheel possibly not holding up. Calculated risk on my part, but willingness to work with my situation and help me get what I needed is where a business shines! Luckily that repair held, as the second tire blow out on my trailer 15 miles down the road. That spare tire they enabled, got us to our destination and back home again, without significant delays! The whole team was there was friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area in need of tire service, or just thinking of upgrading their current tires.”
