I called them 3 weeks in advance to reserve a 26 ft truck. I called them one week in advance to remind them. We took our vacation days and lined up help on both ends. Two days before our move, we got a call from Uhaul saying there was no 26 ft truck available!! This is the second time they did this to us. The woman working at the Rawlins office claimed the problem was due to using the internet to reserve the truck. I DID NOT USE THE INTERNET! I called and spoke to her. Wasted our vacation. Luckily we weren't paying anyone to load and unload or we would've been out that money.

Only place that sometimes had large boxes here! Nice lady. I wish it didn't say " no semi parking," kind of rude. But maybe juts for there covered area. I am just passing through so I don't have a car to drive.

The trailer I rented leaked in the rain and ruined my belongings. I was told by this dealer that if I purchased the optional insurance any damage would be covered. Now that damage has occurred Uhaul is refusing to honor their word. Very frustrating experience

Anytime I have rented from the Rawlins, Wy. location, I have always been met with courtesy and a smile. Even when I was unable to use a rental, they made sure I got refunded ASAP
