Was having a super bad day when I realized a package was not delivered but said delivered. Worst nightmare come true so I called and spoke with Robert who was patient understanding and kept me calm . Needless to say he had us resolved in less than 20 minutes. Great job Robert and many thanks ????

The older Asian lady that works at this post office was very grumpy and has absolutely zero understanding of what customer service is. She was rude to her coworker about helping me and we got into it. Never coming here again. Zero stars if I could.

I had a prepaid label on my package for 1lb. The woman who took and weighed my packages said nothing, I was later charged (through the company I sold through) an extra $6.01 for being .2oz over the shipping label weight. That's ridiculous. If she had told me then, I could have changed the label weight for just $2, not $6
