The older man that runs this place was horrible to us. Very rude and disrespectful. Ended up going elsewhere.

I had an issue with my passcode working so I called the office to see if they could tell me if there was an issue with the system. The guy was exceptionally rude telling me that I "don't pay him enough to get out of bed, shower, put on clothes, and come out to help". I will definitely be finding a different storage company.
