I am in process of paying off 2 items. In the past they ran my bank card 2 times without my consent. The manager has told me that she was sorry and that I didn't have any of my bank cards on there computer. Well, this past weekend, they ran it again, without my consent! I called them and told the lady Taylor, if I could speak to the manager. She said, I am the salesman floor manager. I then told her, "you ran my bank card without my consent." She hung up the phone on me. I called back, thinking we got disconnected. She hung up on me 8 times! Then she finally answered the phone and said, please hold. She then put me on hold 2x. So my son calls, and she answers!!!! He then tells her, my mom is trying to call. Her reply was, we are extremely busy. Ha! So I called the 800 number for Aaron's. And they 2 way the phone call. She then said that the manager is not there. That is why she couldn't answer the phone. And I told her I was try to call you since 4:11 pm, it's now after 5pm. What kind of games does she think this is??? I thought Aaron's would be a professional business who would always treat there customers with respect. So today, I get a phone call from Taylor at Aaron's, "this is Taylor at Aaron's, I am just calling to tell you that I am sorry for my behavior yesterday, I should of never acted like that." I go okaaayyyy.... Taylor then said,"okay, that's all!" I just hung up! Like, a apology is going to fix everything, she had no right to act this way in the first place. I didn't yell at her and I don't allow cussing in my home. Just be careful folks. Rude behavior sucks!

Awful costumer service even when you always pay on time no communication when your items are being repaired would not recommend.

I will never purchase anything here I cancelled my lease and was waiting for the truck to come pick up the mattress they never came I waited for over a week they refused to set an appointment for the return on a Thursday they finally called,in result the bed had repairable damage from the wait outside, (I work during store hours in which I explained) they never showed up. Now they're demanding payment, the manager had an employee call and threaten me with a court hearing while I was at the grocery store.

Don't bother with this company anymore. They no longer are any kind of rent to own, they're just exploitative. Unless you manage to keep things exactly perfect, you can't return it and end your agreement. And they don't do repossession apparently anymore and instead will come at you legally. Ya know... Cuz people who are in income brackets where they need rent to own can TOTALLY afford to fight that in court or even pay back the judgement, right?I rented through one in UT YEARS ago and they were WONDERFUL. Now, however, they're just blatantly scummy.

Don’t try to buy from this company. Horrible customer service. Manager never in the store. All the time We call she is never there or give a call back. I put a complaint the first day I bought the sofa. When I was finally enjoy it. I noticed stitches on the leather was coming out. They sent somebody to check. The recognized was not our fault. They said will replace that piece. One year later we haven’t receive anything. We call and nobody know anything in that store. Sofas bad quality won’t last and if you financial it you will over price. This sofa was $3000 and we were supposed to pay it in one year. When called today, one year later still 9 payment left when I do my math we will ending pay for this sucks sofa $5000 and it doesn’t even look new because of the bad quality.

I can appreciate management at Aarons... long story: There seemed to be a misunderstanding with my payment, lack of communication, that left me in a situation at the grocery store... For which I was upset and confused... I received a call from the Manager Antonnia, eager to make it right... And was very polite and genuine... She had sent me a Walmart gift card.. thank you. That is above n beyond customer service...

Worst service I have ever had from Aarons. I have had nothing but problems since I started with them. The Gm Antoina is the absolute worst. Not only does she think it is okay to threaten her customers and raise her voice over the phone. She never returns calls within a reasonable amount of time if she returns them at all, she changed the contract that we discussed making my monthly payments more then agreed upon, then said the previous store I did business with gave me a bad report (this not true I have talked to them several times since this disaster started.) and has yet to send someone to check the furniture we have called in to be inspected for the warranty. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone I was told they were shut down for Covid reasons (which I understand) but no one could bother to pick up the phone to let us know they would not be sending someone out. I only found out almost a month after they were scheduled to show up because I continued to call. From my understanding they are not a corporate store they are a franchise, which mean the corporate rules do not apply so she is just trashing the Aarons name in my opinion. To top it all off no one can seem to get me the regional managers information to report any of this. I was told by another store in the area that I wasn't the first to call and complain about them. I am not shocked and hate to say that I will not be doing any more business with this company in the furture due to this and I am sure she will put false information in my account when I do cancel.

Love Aaron's cool store nice stuff,people are nice and I love the rent to own idea. Its helped us in many ways.
