Truthfully staff is excellent and so helpful. Prices are a little steep on some stuff but worth it at the end for the helpful friendly staff.

It's my personal opinion and observation that the employees of Ace in Riverton are not very customer friendly,
It must be a prerequisite to have a no smile, and non greeting attitude to work there,
It's like it a bother to help people
I'd rather drive to Lander because half the time Riverton Ace has to order it!

Surprisingly large if not limited supply of products. Can quickly order larger quantities. I had a return for an expensive product I was unable to use. I was shocked when my purchase was refunded to my bank account within 8hrs! Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Exactly what customer service is meant to be.

We go here often. The Staff is what makes this place great. From the ground to the big chair in the corner office. They are always working to make sure you have what you need.

It isn’t the fault of Ace, but since the UPS drop off is there it’s been a nightmare. Don’t bother coming in with a QR code as they cannot scan it.

i took a chainsaw blade in to be sharpened and when I tried to use it, it cut like it never was sharpened. that will be the last time I use them again.

Found someone who could help right away and even with my bad explanation, he had exactly what I needed. In and out in a couple minutes which is what I needed right now.

Nice clean store but they did not have what I was looking for and I was shopping for a specific tool which they did have but the price was about four times higher than what it should be. I found the same brand tool in a kit for about 25% of their in-store price.
