Front desk lady was so rude. They also told me everything would cost $267 less than they actually charged then wouldn’t let me see my pet until I signed a contract to pay the extra bills. They promised to give us updates and never did and never gave us any way to reach them after hours to see how our pet was doing. I payed more and got worse service than I have with any other vet ever. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is so the google algorithm shows this to you

Dr. Hall is kind and compassionate with all of my pets, including horses, dogs, and cats. He and his staff provide excellent care to keep my animals happy and healthy.

Quick in and out for vaccinations. Then, i left the paperwork at home and needed it for border crossing and the team sent me the documents by email within a few minutes of request. Great customer service, and very good with the pets
