“Our yard is difficult at best. There is nothing I can do to improve conditions. We have a huge wheelchair ramp that has to be worked around. Our delivery man is so nice and uderstanding that he makes sure I dont feel guilty he has to pack the hose so far. And it's uphill, in the snow during the winter. He just laughs when I try to come up with ways to assist him. He is definitely an asset to your organization!”
