Overpriced for the half fast quality & She was rushing which caused her to continuously nic my cuticles. Got a basic French tip and I guess that was too much to ask for because she didnt even give me what I wanted. This is also the first nail salon I've ever been too where they charge extra for long nails. Her baby kept crying and I let her know I can wait so she can attend to her baby but ignored me and just closed the door so we can barley hear the crying. Nobody was in the room with the baby btw. Overall just were very unprofessional business people.

Don’t come unless you want to sit and wait. They work on anyone who walks in the door and take customers out of order. We sat and waited with half finished nails so we couldn’t walk out. They go from person to person and are not friendly. They hardly speak to customers.
Also, they have been extremely rough with me in the past. I will not be back.

My daughters and I, along with two friend, went in for a combination of manis, pedis, and acrylics. Those of us who got manicures, the staff seemed really rushed when they were painting the nails and didn’t cover the entire nail. We had gotten mani/pedis for a vacation we were leaving on a few days later, and the manicures didn’t even last for four days. I had to remove the polish after four days because it was so chipped and peeling off. My daughter who got acrylic nails, her nails started falling off after about a until she finally had to peel them all off. After our appointments my daughter who had a gel manicure developed a nail fungus. We can’t irrefutably tie it to this place, however my daughter’s nails were healthy before our visit (she regularly has a gel mani) and on her next visit with a different technician, they discovered the fungus. The technicians were friendly enough, however they were clearly overbooked (there were 3 workers and 9 people receiving different service at one point or another during our visit). Some of these people were walk-ins and some had appointments. We were there for over three hours due to there not being enough staff to handle all the customers. Overall very disappointed that we paid over $300 for services that didn’t even last a few days.

I never leave reviews, but this was my worst nail salon experience. The nail tech that served me was excessively harsh. I had acrylics I wanted to replace. She TORE them off, leaving my thumb nail in a terrible state. She should have used acetone. She never used a brush to brush off all the nail debris which is unsanitary. She was very messy with her technique and my nails are super short and chunky (my real nails underneath hurt still because of how short she cut them and how many layers were torn off). My fingers still have glue all over. Most of all, it was WAY overpriced for the level of quality. I have NEVER paid so much for nails, and I've been to some nice places. I don't know if there are other nail techs worth going to at this salon, but I can't understate how disappointing, frustrating, and awful it was. They also fail to tell you that they only accept cash, so I had to run to an ATM to pay for my overpriced, crappy nails. Getting your nails done should be relaxing. I was holding my breath and praying for it to be over the moment it started. I usually like to support local places and I never leave reviews, but I just had to for this one. I hope the nail tech improves or seeks another profession she is more passionate about

Got my nails here yesterday and almost everyone of my nails are cut and soar. The nails arnt cleaned up well and shaped horribly. The cat eyes arnt done correctly all around horrible acrylic service pedicure was a three

Me and my husband went in for pedicures and this is the worst pedicure we’ve ever had over charged us for one didn’t sand the bottom of my husbands feet he still has calluses and dead skin literally so we paid 40 buck to have our toes clipped needless to say my husband is not impressed first time going and probably won’t get him to go again it’s taken me 16 years to get him to go , the shop is dinghy atmosphere is uncomfortable definitely won’t be going back worst idea ever

I returned back to Riverton and thought I would try them out again. Everything went well. The first few visits when I seen the husband. Never had an issue with pricing or with my nails. Then went in for the final time in my life today and got stuck seeing his wife she rushed through my nails. It was painful. It needed fixed at the end and she overcharged me and was very rude.

This was the first time I took my nieces to get a pedicure and manicure and they loved it! I spent more money than I had planned but it was worth the experience, some fond memories were made. They added extra detail to the girls’ nails for free which was a really nice touch. They were professional, kind and compassionate.
