Overall they do deliver packages on time, however they do not deliver them to the correct addresses. Two times in a row packages have been delivered to the wrong address, which is the same place every time and I have had to contact the customer service and even go there and talk to the workers. I am very lucky that the address they got wrongfully delivered to has kept in contact with me about the situation, but I am very upset with the service and the communication with FedEx

Says Elijah Is my driver, well he makes up excuses when it gets too late and delays the packages when he wants. Horrible delivery service.

Continues to deliver my packages to my neighbors porch and send me a confirmation of the delivery picture and its not my porch! This has happened several times over the last six months and I can never talk to an actual person to resolve this issue. My house is off burma and has my address number posted at three different locations on my property and yet my packages are still being delivered to a home on Moore lane. HOW
