“Honestly at first I had a very long wait and my ride was getting impatient but once I got some assistance from this awesome nice lady she was exceptionally helpful in getting my device to working conditions as she was tinkering with it I was just about to call it a day but in the end it turns out that the former carrier was purposely giving me a hard time to unlock ? my device which allows it to be able be activated with the SIM kit I had previously done about a week before so until that day I was just missing out on my services so yeah "Thank you Lord Jesus"! so now I can keep in touch with family members ?”

“I was and still am very very frustrated with robo calls. The lady on the Union line was so kind and listened to my frustration. Gave me a few hints to see if they would work as Union doesn't have a main block number . Suggested I call National Do Not Call Registry. I will try it. She deserves a hugh award for patience.”
