This place is the absolute worst apartments to live in riverton. The rent is affordable. The neighbors are nosey as heck, they literally stand all together and gossip among each other about other residents, there is no privacy, the laundry room ghetto and this place is overall not worth living in. The people who live here are very kind, they like to keep area clean, and do their best,Debra who cleans hall areas is great person, and management, and owners, and management team are always wanting to make sure all is well, being in a great area is a plus, and close to a fine Church, and shopping I rate this as great.
