This is not a reflection on the folks at the store in Riverton however it is reflection on Union and is this reflection on Union in general. I was sent a card to update my phone a number of months ago which I did. 2 months ago I received a letter saying that my phone had not yet been updated and was given a number to call and over 2 week. I tried calling this number I was on hold for hours without anybody picking up I even tried the press one and we will call you back option which nobody did. Today I find out that they were having issues with their emails as well as their phone assistance. So after not having phone service our cross country trip I go into the store and I'm informed that it's my phone and that I have to get a new one and that they are out of retention phones for customers. I have been with Union since 1998 and and I am here to let folks know that they would do well to search elsewhere if Union is incapable of letting their long term customers let alone there are new customers no anything short of having to go 60 miles from my home to the nearest sto the nearest store to find out information that easily could have been emailed or mailed to my home customer service has been lost on Union which used to be an honest wonderful wyomissed wonderful Wyoming company perhaps it's time for me to look outside of Wyoming for quality cellular service.

Purchased a new phone from them, had trouble with it the first day. They couldn't find anything wrong. Contacted the phone maker and they asked Union to replace my phone with a new one. They refused and stated I had to send my broke one into to have repaired! Not happy with that!

After I moved to another state, I tried to cancel my account with Union Wireless. Customer service rep told me she would do it for us and reassured me that is now cancelled. Three months later, i find out my account is still active and I'm still being charged for it. Manager refused to give me a refund and makes up a lousy excuse that I was supposed to call them again (even though i was never told that in the first place) and they tried to call me on a phone number that they know is no longer valid. This company is a scam.

Coverage has gotten worse by them taking down towers. They don't support wifi calls so we are switching providers.
