I bought a 58 in tv stand with fireplace, it was delivered without a remote I called the store and talked with the lady at the desk she said they would take care of it . 1 week later I called back and she told me Bennorfered one. I5 months later I stil have no Remote I I am 73 yrs old .remote helps me . Now I am moving to Casper for medical reasons to live with my son and his wife . And I called to tell them to pick it up I can’t pay for it most of my money will be going to medical bills. And I am moving she said she would get back with me it’s been almost week and no return call . When I lived in Denver I bought a lot of things and paid for it all ataAarons and this store in Rock springs Wy has horrible communication and can t get anything done z I am calling tomorrow to get this thing pick up I just paid a month Chen 1 they can keep the money just come get I have to vacate my apt.

I just want to get on here and thank the store and Ben. I had to have back to back abdominal surgery. I desperately needed a bedset I could get out of. They worked around their busy schedule and was able to deliver next day. I could not be more grateful ♡

I recently rented a couch from Aaron's and after just over a month, decided to go in a different direction. I called to return it 4 days before the payment was due and was told by the gal who answered that the manager would have to call back because only he could do returns. After hearing from no one, i called back the next day. I was told that if there was any damage or abnormal wear that i'd have to keep the couch anyway. I had to tell her i was moving out of town before she would help me. She finally called me back and said the guys would pick it up later that day. I can't help but feel like they were trying to squeeze one more payment out of me by delaying pickup.

I just want to say that Ben Smith has been the most wonderful to purchase from. He is never criticizing nor is he judgmental. He is ALWAYS professional. I’ve done the rent to own thing at a couple other places and it was like buying from a cheap used slum lord car salesman and when leaving I felt uneasy about my purchases , so with that being said because of how I felt walking away from Arron’s I will always buy what I need from Ben at the rock springs location. Thanks a bunch for being such an amazing store!!!!!

We just moved to Rock Springs and need furniture we had been talking to Jamie a few times prior to arriving in town. She is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and very funny. Colby is new to the floor but old hat at delivery He is learning the floor and computer but very helpful and fun in the show room to enter act with He went over and above to make sure we had a bed to sleep on that night even though we couldn’t get the rest of the furniture until Friday. Colby you’re rocking it. Ben the store manager is fantastic very friendly and of course very knowledgeable. He nailed everything down for us and was was very helpful. He even gave us great tips for our upcoming trip to NY. Thanks Ben.The team at Aaron’s in Rock Springs have it figured out. Great costumer service, understanding, communication, and smiling faces.Thank you Ben, Jamie and Colby.From T and Jo Pura vida !!

The manager is awful they damage stuff and then they don’t want to guarantee there stuff . And if your a woman he thinks he can walk all over you

my wife ordered a fridge, they delivered it, and were very helpful getting the old one into the garage. we had to remove the doors from both refrigerators to do so, they were very helpful and polite.

Hopefully you read this before you even consider going to this store. They ripped us off of $2000 dollars and tried to get another $1500 from us. We had got a Samsung fridge through them shortly after we had our daughter in August of 2020. We had decided to pay ahead on our account so we could eleviate the payments each month. We paid 2000 dollars and were told that all we owed was 500 left and could pay it off by September of 2021. September first rolled around and they started calling us for the payment. We were told that we now owed $2011 and some odd change. We had waited several days to talk to the manager and when we finally got ahold of him, he said he couldn't help us. I doubt that he COULDN'T I believe he plainly REFUSED to help us. The costumer service here is atrocious to say the least. The worst part is we were loyal costumers, we bought several things from them and we were always good on our account. It's nice to see how the manager treats loyal costumers.
