“I got a flat in the middle of no where somewhere west of Green River, and emergency services on my vehicle said the only place that would come help me was going to have to tow me to Utah!! Many hours the wrong direction! I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he came out, got my donut on, gave me his shop's address...and when I got there, there were many amazing workers outside beckoning me in to change my tire. I never even had to get out of my car. Phenomenal service and employees, I wish I could give you 100 out of 5 stars!”

“I'm very late in leaving this review, but I was here in December of 2023 with a friend. We had started a cross-country road trip in Salt Lake City and within two hours of leaving, had an issue with our car. Honestly, I can't even remember what it was, but we were towed nearly 60 miles to this little gem of a shop. The husband-and-wife duo who helped us were so incredibly kind to us during a really challenging and unexpected situation. They helped us find accommodations in Rock Springs and even gave us a ride to the hotel in their personal car. We ended up needing to stay only one night while they worked as fast as humanly possible to repair our vehicle (including getting a part ordered in from another town nearby) and get us out of Rock Springs within 24 hours when (if memory serves) the original thought was that it could be a couple of days. Mind you, this was only a week or so before Christmas,. We were so grateful for their speed, kindness, hospitality, and great work. They even let my friend bring her cat into their charming little waiting area, and everyone was excited to say hello--including the shop's resident pup! Almost a year later and my friend tells me the car runs great after their repair--no further issues. Thank you so much for your help, apologies it took so long for the review to go up, and if I'm ever in need of auto repair in the Rock Springs area, rest assured I'll be back. “We had the BEST experience with SERVICE in Rock Springs previously over 14 years ago & AGAIN this YEAR.
We've been motorcycling across Canada & upper Western States & was in need of another oil change. We tried setting up a date/ time a number of days prior via internet but had no response back--even though It was acknowledged being rec'd....when asked Service Dept. they did indicate they have a problem with communications recd via internet...
So we took a chance ---We drove in & service handled our request WITHOUT HESITATION -got us in/out within a short period of time. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE. highly recommend coming here!!”

“My 2002 Eurovan needed an alternator as I was heading home to Colorado after a great solo road trip. I found Pat on Google Maps, made it there and he was able to order the part and get it fixed within 24 hours. One of the best parts of my trip was this unexpected detour in Rock Springs, a town full of kind people and interesting history. Pat reassured me it would be fine to camp in his lot and I did, waking up in the morning to the sound of 30 or so kids in a marching band on the way to the first day of Rock Springs High School. “I was Blessed to have called them. Friendly, Honest, Knowledgeable. This describes my experience with Addicted Diesel. My 1999 cummins broke down in the afternoon. I called Addicted and asked them if they could look at it. Jason told me he was booked until noon the next day but would try to diagnose it so that parts could be ordered. I was headed to Colorado towing a camp trailer. He let me park it in the back lot and spend the night there. He diagnosed the problem before lunch and had me back on the road in the afternoon. He was Honest with my situation and very Knowledgeable about diesel pickups. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic!”
“What can I say... Free Inspections! An then I got told my car would be 2,000$+ plus to fix at a my dealership... They told me under 800$... For the same things needed fixed. That pretty much says it all. The Customer Service is also better... Just saying”

Matt was super helpful and friendly and Manuel was wonderful, even giving me a ride back to my hotel in the sub zero temps.
