Avis has great cars and nice location. It's a great place to rent a car as long as you like watching the management berate, belittle and totaly trash the Avis employees. What went on last night at the Rock Springs store was at best unprofessional and horrific. At worst Criminal and borderline assault.Nice cars, disgusting management.

Not sure if there is an illegal scam going on with Avis or this particular pickup location. This is the 2nd time I have rented a vehicle at this location for work within a month time frame, both times I have been charged $15.99 + tax for a Fuel Service fee, both times I brought each vehicle back full, both times I denied the fuel option at pickup. This is really inconvenient on the renter to have to verify the charges each time and then have to call Avis for a refund. Not only this issue at this location, but each time I rented a vehicle here they were dirty and smelled like they were smoked in, not to mention how slow it is to get the vehicle, all our information should be on the rental agreement in the computer so we just need to show an ID and be on our way.

Wifes car was in the shop so she went out to rent a car. They wouldn't except my wifes debit card and wanted a credit card. Person working the front desk told her to go to Walmart and get a prepaid credit card. This didn't sound right but she went and bought one anyway. Sure enough when she went back the new person at the front desk was like hell no this won't work. Anyway we have rented from here in the past but this policy is different than the last couple times we have used them.

The guy at the desk was very nice, but we rented because our truck broke down it got fixed much sooner then what we were told , Avis refused to give us a refund, plus we found out our dog was dying,customer service couldn't care less

When I booked the car online the price was to be $561.68 Ford Fiesta when I got to the counter I was told the car would be $615.56 w/gas and I received a Kia and the printout is unreadable. When I called customer service to find out why they had billed my credit car $815.56 I was told about the $200 deposit. I told customer service I could not read the paperwork given to me at the counter he said I had to call back during your business hours. In the end I was charged $615.56 why the 53.88 difference when I was charged 48.98 for gas? Then when I returned the car I had to write my name and email on a piece of scratch paper and place in the drop box with the keys I was suppose to receive a final invoice sent to my email from Avis but never did.

Booking was easy and staff was friendly, rental prices are very reasonable, drop off was very expedient. Over all it was a good experience and will definitely us them again

I rented a vehicle there was trash in the trunk from previous rental. The alignment on the car was so bad that i had a flat tire going to my destination. Then i get an email saying i cracked there windshield when it was there when i picked up the car. Thats how i know they dont do a thorough walk throug. Never renting here again

We had wanted a mini van but that was not available. We were upgraded to a much better vehicle that kept us very safe on our trip. Service was excellent when we pick up the vehicle and it was very easy to return it.

The customer service is definitely outstanding. I went back inside and asked questions about my rental, and at 9:30 pm Bob came out to the parking lot to show me all the perks on the rental. Bob treated me like he was happy to serve me. He definitely was outstanding.

Horrible customer service. Their website allowed me to book a car for pickup, for a time after they are already closed. I even provided my flight information as a backup to let them know my flight arrives late in the evening. When I called their phone number, it was automatically routed to a call center in India. The rep was not helpful at all, not apologetic, and ideally hung up on me. I will never rent from this horrible company again.
