“They are amazing! I'm a stickler for customer service and they are above and beyond. They did a great job on remote start and a new stereo for my hubby's vehicle and new stereo for mine. I hate to admit it but I didn't remember all the info for my new stereo. I came in, they showed me what I missed. They found damaged wires and, remembering I was talking about my airbag system, showed me the problem, saving me money down the road. When I had an issue that was not my forgetfulness, they spent time researching the problem so they could fix the problem. (It was not them, it was a second hand cord problem). When I waited for speaker install, one gentleman sat and chatted with me so I wasn't bored. Every person there is fantastic!”

He went above and beyond both on the phone at at the store to make sure I had everything I needed as I was getting a new phone activated and purchasing a case and screen protector. There was an issue with my old phone which made the transfer of data and service harder than usual, but he was great at troubleshooting and problem solving and got everything taken care of in record time. I am beyond grateful!”
